Job Details
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Act as the main technical reference for full-stack development. Establish and maintain coding standards. Perform code reviews. Support and mentor developers.
- Project Collaboration: Collaborate with the Web Team Lead on technical planning. Work closely with UX/UI designers. Ensure technical approaches align with goals. Assist in deployment processes.
- Full-Stack Development: Architect and implement both front-end and back-end components. Develop and maintain APIs and database structures. Ensure applications meet standards for security and performance. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintenance & Innovation: Oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of web applications. Identify risks and scalability challenges. Conduct audits of existing codebases. Recommend new technologies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack web development
- Strong DB performance experience
- Proven background as a technical reference or mentor
- Back-end: Node.js, Express.js, Strapi
- Front-end: JavaScript / TypeScript, React / ReactDOM, Next.js, Remix.js, Tailwind CSS
- Strong knowledge of: RESTful APIs, MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB, Git / GitFlow Docker, CI/CD (GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Familiarity with CMS systems (Strapi, WordPress, Contentful) and animation libraries (GSAP, Anime.js)
- English level: strong intermediate or higher
Bonus Points:
- Experience with marketing automation or analytics tools
- Understanding of accessibility audits, performance testing, or A/B testing
- Experience working in Agile environments
