Full-Time Senior Full-Stack Test Engineer

Execute all testing activities (manual and automation) to improve product quality. Work closely with the team to deliver product success.

Address the test automation needs with robust analytical skills and problem-solving capacity.

• Automate functional, regression and performance acceptance tests.
• Enhance end-to-end automated test coverage.
• Participate in sprint planning and analyze requirements.
• Provide necessary test recommendations (such as Feature Testing, Smoke Testing and Regression Testing in both manual and automation).

General requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing.
• Able to self-learn and quickly adapt to new technologies.
• Familiar with Agile development methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in leading test teams and managing sprint-based manual and automation testing tasks.
• Able to perform tasks under high pressure.
• At least an intermediate skill level of English.

Technical requirements:

• Good domain knowledge of software development process, especially the software testing process.
• Strong experiences in manual testing (requirement analysis, test strategy, test approach, test plan, test techniques including black box, risk-based, exploratory, Non-UI testing, etc.).
• Strong experience in testing for API and web applications.
• Proficiency in coding with Java, or other programming languages.
• Experience in Automation testing using frameworks such as Selenium/Playwright/Cypress/etc.
• Experience with BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber, Spec Flow) to drive collaborative test case design and automation.
• Experience in using tools: Postman, Git, IntelliJ IDEA...

• Experience in Performance testing
• Experience in CI/CD
• Knowledge about Design Patterns
