DVT Denmark is seeking a Senior GCP Cloud Engineer to join our growing cloud practice. This is a long-term engagement focused on cloud-native architecture and automation.
Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on GCP.
- Deploy and manage Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) clusters.
- Use Terraform for infrastructure provisioning (IaC).
- Implement GitOps workflows using ArgoCD.
- Manage Kubernetes applications with Helm charts.
- Configure Nginx Ingress for secure traffic routing and load balancing.
- Set up observability with tools like DataDog Agent and OpenTelemetry Collector.
- Utilize tools like Config Connector, Cert Manager, External DNS, and Crossplane.
- Integrate Snyk Monitor for security scanning.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud engineering or DevOps, with a strong focus on GCP.
- Expertise in designing and operating Kubernetes clusters, preferably with GKE.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code practices.
- Understanding of GitOps concepts and experience with ArgoCD.
- Comfortable working with Helm, Nginx Ingress, and Kubernetes add-ons.
- Strong observability practices using DataDog, OpenTelemetry, or similar tools.
- Experience with cloud-native security, including tools like Snyk.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
- GCP Professional Certification.
- Experience with Crossplane, Config Connector.
