Full-Time Senior Healthcare Data Analyst

SpectraMedix is seeking a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst to generate actionable insights and support value-based care initiatives.

The role involves:

• Analyzing healthcare datasets using SQL
• Creating interactive dashboards using Tableau
• Managing healthcare data
• Delivering insights to clients and internal teams
• Supporting decision-making in value-based care

Responsibilities:

• Data analysis on various healthcare datasets
• Analysis/solution design, development, and delivery to healthcare clients
• Tableau dashboard creation, management, and maintenance
• Healthcare taxonomy code set management and maintenance
• Presentations of analysis, findings, and insights

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related discipline
• 8-10 years of experience in healthcare data analytics
• Proficiency in SQL
• Proficiency in Tableau dashboard development
• Exposure to US healthcare data assets (HEDIS, HCPCS, CPT, FHIR, HL7)
• (Preferred) Experience in Python statistical modeling

• Understanding of healthcare IT aspects like Value-Based Payment Programs, Claims, Attribution, and Quality Measures
• Knowledge of clinical systems and data
