Full-Time Senior Identity Governance (IGA) Engineer

• Configure and maintain identity governance platforms.
• Integrate with directory services.
• Define and implement role-based (RBAC) or attribute-based (ABAC) access models.
• Implement automated identity lifecycle workflows (JML).
• Consult on complex security assessments.
• Work with application developers, infrastructure, and security operations to onboard new systems and enforce access certification and policy controls.
• Collaborate with Versant Cyber functions.

• 5+ years' experience in cyber security disciplines (IAM, Security Engineering, Networking, Platforms, Cloud, or Information Security).
• Experience implementing or supporting IGA tools (SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID Governance, ForgeRock).
• Understanding of identity lifecycle workflows.
• Experience with access review campaigns and SoD.
• Hands-on experience configuring roles, entitlements, and policies within IGA platforms.
• Understanding of compliance frameworks (SOX, NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA).
• Experience supporting audit evidence collection and compliance gap remediation.
• Experience providing direct support to business executives.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent experience.
