Primary Focus: Help customers use our products to protect their machine identities. Develop content for various audiences (CISOs, security experts, etc.).

Requirements:

• 7+ years experience writing about complex software.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Excellent authoring & editing skills.
• Technical aptitude & curiosity about technology.
• Passion for helping users.
• Comfortable learning new technologies (e.g., Linux, Git Bash).
• Proven ability to explain complex ideas.
• Experience with microcopy (tool tips, error messages).
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Madcap Flare or similar tools.
• Confidence working on multiple platforms (Windows, Linux, Mac).
• Experience with source control (Git, Bitbucket).
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).

Compensation: $105,000 - $145,000/year, plus commissions or bonuses.
