Full-Time Senior Information Developer

As a Senior Information Developer (Technical Writer) at CyberArk, you’ll be part of a motivated team protecting large organizations. The User Assistance (UA) team helps customers use our products to protect machine identities.

The UA team develops content for various audiences (CISOs, security experts, etc.). Customers and team members depend on our documentation daily.

We become subject matter experts on documented products/features, creating optimal user experiences across various tools and formats (markdown, HTML).

Work closely with product owners, developers, and UX designers to create clear microcopy (tooltips, error messages).

Harvest contributions from subject matter experts, using a "Docs Like Code" approach.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

1. 3+ years experience writing complex software documentation for a mixed audience.
2. Strong English language skills (verbal & written).
3. Excellent authoring & editing skills.
4. Technical aptitude and curiosity for technology.
5. Passion for helping users use software effectively.
6. Comfort learning new technologies (Linux, Git Bash).
7. Proven ability to simplify complex ideas.
8. Microcopy development experience (tooltips, error messages).
9. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
10. Proficiency with documentation tools (Madcap Flare, Robohelp, Framemaker, mkdocs, markdown).
11. Experience with multiple platforms (Windows, Linux, Mac).
12. Source control software experience (Git, Bitbucket, GitHub).
13. Agile environment experience.
14. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in relevant fields (English, Technical Writing, Computer Science).
