Full-Time Senior Information Security Analyst

The ServiceNow Security Organization delivers world-class, innovative security solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer security questions and issues.
• Develop ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain secure configurations of ServiceNow instances.
• Escalate priority incidents in the On-Call rotation.
• Assist with the deployment, integration, and configuration of security solutions.
• Explain appropriate security behavior and configuration to customers.
• Collaborate on critical security issues.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years related experience or equivalent.
• 3+ years ServiceNow platform experience.
• Automation knowledge (Python, bash scripting).
• Experience hardening SaaS platforms.
• Experience with data logging applications (e.g., Splunk).
• Knowledge of vulnerability scanning tools (Qualys, Nessus).
• Knowledge of BurpSuite and OWASP Top 10 Vulnerabilities.
• Defensive security mindset.
• Customer-first approach.
• Ability to explain complex issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow advanced configuration knowledge.
• Security certifications (GSEC, GCIH, CEH, GCIA, CISSP).
