Full-Time Senior Insights Analyst

The Senior Brand Analyst plays a pivotal role in provision of actionable insights and knowledge sharing of Montu’s brand performance within the market and opportunity for expanding awareness. Leveraging their research and insights expertise, the Brand Analyst supports the business in harmonising its tools and platforms to not only meet but exceed industry benchmarks.

Day to day:

• Conducting research on market trends, patient behaviours and industry landscape.
• Collaborating with other insights analysts to understand patient consumption behaviours and sentiment about Montu as both a pharmaceutical and technology company.
• Conducting competitor analysis to best understand how we benchmark against the market and identifying opportunities and threats in the market.
• Using qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to interpret data and present findings to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards in Looker to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and standardise operational dashboards.

• Experience as a Brand or Market Analyst
• Create reports and visualisations that communicate insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise way.
• Experience in conducting market analysis and developing a brand measurement framework and identifying opportunities for growth in a telehealth business.
• Proficiency in data modelling, statistical analysis and data visualisation tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Looker, dbt).
• Strong analytic / quantitative research skills and experience in different research methodologies.
