Full-Time Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst

We are seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst to join our NOC (Network Operations Center) team. This role requires strong technical knowledge and experience in high-availability/mission-critical environments. We are looking for a proactive, communicative individual capable of efficiently resolving complex issues, consistently seeking continuous learning and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage Network and Security infrastructure, ensuring stability and performance.
• Diagnose and resolve complex Network and Security problems, minimizing impact and guaranteeing service continuity.
• Use and manage monitoring solutions (Zabbix, Grafana, NNMI, Thousand Eyes, ExtraHop) to ensure infrastructure visibility and control.
• Configure and manage Cisco routers and switches.
• Configure and manage Fortinet devices, including LAN, Wireless, SD-WAN, and Firewalls.
• Work with the ServiceNow platform for incident, request, and change management, ensuring process efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to guarantee service continuity.
• Document procedures and create detailed technical reports, facilitating communication and problem-solving.
• Participate in agile processes, such as Scrum, for activity planning and execution, promoting collaboration and efficiency.

Required Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of Cisco routers and switches, including configuration and management.
• Advanced knowledge of Fortinet (LAN, Wireless, SD-WAN, Firewall), ensuring network security and performance.
• Advanced knowledge of Cisco ISE.
• Advanced knowledge of Checkpoint and Cisco Firewalls.
• Knowledge of McAfee Proxy and Imperva WAF.
• Advanced knowledge of monitoring solutions (Zabbix, Grafana, NNMI, Thousand Eyes) for network visibility and control.
• Operational knowledge of Cisco ACI.
• Experience in request, incident, and change management using ServiceNow.
• Fluent English (conversational) for effective communication with global teams.

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

• Cisco (CCNA, CCNP) and Fortinet (NSE4, NSE5) certifications are a plus.
• Proactive and continuous learning ability, constantly seeking innovation and process improvement.
• Additional knowledge of Cisco ACI.
• Knowledge of Public Cloud.
