Full-Time Senior Kotlin/Java Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain secure, scalable backend systems using Java/Kotlin.
• Implement and maintain identification processes (KYC) and T&C consent flows.
• Enhance the Salesforce platform for marketing and client support.
• Contribute to a modern, cloud-native infrastructure (AWS).
• Follow agile methodologies, including continuous integration/deployment and test automation.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
• Partner with engineers and academics to bring products to production, focusing on business value.
• Embrace security as a core principle throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with a diverse, inclusive team focused on delivering exceptional client experiences.

Requirements:

• Strong Java/Kotlin, JWT, Docker, Spring, AWS experience.
• Profound knowledge of backend development.
• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of GraphQL and RESTful APIs.
• Expertise in databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with security topics and DevOps practices (advantageous).
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for well-architected, maintainable code and agile methodologies.
• Fluency in English.
• University degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in complex software projects with end-to-end ownership.
