Full-Time Senior Lead Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Lead Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Manager, Network Expense Operations, you'll review, process, approve, dispute, resolve, and pay invoices related to network circuits.

Duties Include:

• Using RazorFlow expenseNX Suite (ENX) for invoice processing.
• Reconciling payments and resolving vendor disputes.
• Setting up new vendor accounts in SAP (AP-subledger and Accounting general ledger) and BANs in ENX.
• Meeting network expense operation objectives (timely payments, penalty avoidance, etc.).
• Collaborating with Accounting, FP&A, Carrier Relations, Operations, and other teams.
• Providing explanations for actual-to-budget, actual-to-forecast, and period-over-period variances.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years experience as a senior analyst, team leader, or supervisor
• Experience with RazorFlow expenseNX Suite (ENX) and SAP
• Telecommunications industry experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
