Full-Time Senior Machine Learning Engineer

About IDOVEN: IDOVEN is a health tech startup focused on preventing cardiac disease using AI. We use an AI-based ECG analysis platform to enable early detection and diagnosis.

About the role: We're seeking a skilled ML Engineer to join our growing platform team. You'll develop and maintain the core infrastructure and tools to empower our ML engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain tools for ML model training, experimentation, and deployment.
• Develop systems for efficient data access and management.
• Optimize GPU utilization and resource allocation.
• Integrate and maintain experiment tracking tools (e.g., MLflow, TensorBoard).
• Develop and implement processes for deploying ML models to production.
• Collaborate with ML engineers and improve ML development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot issues related to the ML platform.
• Stay current with ML platform advancements.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in a similar ML platform engineering role, with production deployment experience.
• Strong passion for building scalable ML platforms.
• Understanding of optimization techniques, multithreading, and distributed systems.
• Strong computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, algorithm complexity analysis).
• Experience building and maintaining software systems, preferably in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• GPU resource management experience (NVIDIA, CUDA).
• Familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with experiment tracking and model management tools (MLflow, TensorBoard).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and version control (GitHub).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable with CI/CD, code reviews, and collaborative development.
