About the role We’re on a journey to transform our business end-to-end. As part of our Finance & Risk group, you’ll play a key role in helping us make better decisions. This 6-month fixed term contract is a dynamic mix of commercial accounting and storytelling. Expect to be busy – year-end is coming up (on 30 June 2025). We need a skilled management accountant who can hit the ground running.
Responsibilities:
- Manage opex for Corporate areas
- Coordinate and build relationships with business
- Run budgeting and forecasting process
- Interpret and report on financial performance
- Month-end accounts and reporting
- Reconciliations and asset settlement
- Prepare budgets and forecasts
- Provide day-to-day financial support
- Analysis of forecasts vs. actuals
- Project/capital reporting
About you CA-qualified or equivalent, with advanced knowledge of accounting systems (preferably SAP) and high proficiency in Excel. You’re comfortable evaluating and improving processes and controls, and communicating complex information to various levels of management.
