Role Summary: Senior Channel Program Manager responsible for designing and executing global partner programs across SaaS and hardware portfolios. Owns key initiatives like deal registration, incumbency programs, tiered pricing, and NFR strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with channel ops to ensure operational program requirements are designed and submitted properly.
- Develop reporting and dashboards for program success.
- Support global channel leaders for global distribution programs.
- Maintain partner portal user experience and develop new operational processes around Deal Registration.
- Support senior leadership with special projects aligned to Sophos GTM strategy.
- Support project management initiatives with Distribution onboarding and API enablement.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience in developing and executing channel strategies (cybersecurity or SaaS).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity technologies.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve channel objectives.
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven decision-making to optimize program performance.
Compensation: $105,000 - $175,000 base salary, plus bonus eligibility and benefits. Specific pay depends on factors like experience, skills, location, and other needs.
