Full-Time Senior Manager, Data Science

Role Overview:

• Work in an international team in a flexible and supportive setting.
• Lead a new Consumer methods team in India.
• Evaluate and improve current methodologies (advanced validation routines, consumer models, projection techniques).
• Develop new solutions for Consumer products.
• Present and communicate findings to peers and senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate efforts across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

• Master’s Degree or PhD in relevant field (Mathematics, Statistics, Socio-economics, Data Science).
• Minimum 5 years experience, with 2 years in team management.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, panel-based projections, and consumer metrics.
• Proven ability to handle complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
• Experience with (un)managed crowdsourced panels and receipt capture methodologies (preferred).
• Strong statistical and logical skills (outlier validation, sampling, bias reduction, indirect estimation, data aggregation).
• Proficiency in manipulating, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets.
• Strong experience with Python or other high-level programming language.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and tools; follow the newest research.
• Strong communication, writing, and collaboration skills (English).
