Full-Time Senior Manager, Sales Engineering – ASEAN

Job PurposeOur sales engineering organization seeks a dynamic senior manager to lead a team of skilled sales engineers across ASEAN. This strategic role focuses on customer engagement, partner collaboration, and driving business outcomes. Reporting to the Senior Director of APJ Sales Engineering, you'll play a key role in building, developing, and managing a high-impact field engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Engineers.
2. Drive strategic sales success by achieving quota and growth targets.
3. Shape sales strategy by providing insights on market trends and product challenges.
4. Solve complex technical problems and collaborate with stakeholders.
5. Foster cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Services.
6. Act as a player/coach, actively participating in customer engagements and modeling best practices.

What You Will Bring

• 10+ years of pre-sales experience, including 4+ years of management experience.
• Proven expertise in cybersecurity.
• Technical fluency with modern data technologies.
• Exceptional presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience).
