Role Description The Sales Insights team at Zillow is essential in shaping the company's sales strategy and operations. We collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our sales processes are data-driven and optimized for maximum efficiency and productivity.
We are looking for an experienced analytical partner with strong business acumen to lead our Sales Insights team as a Senior Manager, Sales Insights. Reporting to the Director of Sales Planning & Insights, you will drive our analytics roadmap, implement core reporting to empower sales, manage our sales operations pipeline forecast, and provide key insights during weekly business reviews. Your leadership will be crucial in enhancing sales productivity.
- Oversee sales analytics, KPIs, and reporting systems to provide insights into sales performance and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and IT to standardize key data elements and their sources.
- Develop and implement a roadmap to streamline data insights.
- Integrate these insights into standard systems and consolidated views to maximize sales efficiency.
- Develop insights and models to enhance forecasting and pipeline management.
- Accurately project revenue and identify new opportunities.
- Prioritize account scoring and triggers to enhance sales rep productivity and territory optimization.
- Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and foster a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales operations professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
