Full-Time Senior Manager, Scrum

• Lead and coach a team of Scrum Leads across Platform Development and AI.
• Drive consistent agile execution by guiding teams in selecting and applying the right methodologies.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to align priorities, shape delivery processes, and drive strategic planning.
• Build frameworks for cross-team dependency mapping and resolution.
• Define and evolve agile operating models that balance consistency with team autonomy.
• Establish baseline metrics across the product development lifecycle (PDLC).
• Foster transparency through structured communication channels.
• Champion a culture of accountability, adaptability, and shared ownership.
• Provide strategic support to the VP of Platform Development.

• Bachelor's degree in software development, Engineering, or equivalent experience required
• 5+ years' experience as a Scrum Lead or part of a high-performing Scrum Team
• 3+ years' experience managing a team (Scrum or otherwise)
• Expert in JIRA/Confluence or GitHub Issues
• Self-driven, detail-oriented leader who actively works to remove barriers to achieving results
• Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
• Track record of inspiring others & positive change in technical project management
• Comfortable working with all levels of the organization including senior executives

• Knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
• Experience working in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) agile framework
• Ability to sell processes and frameworks to teams with which you do not have direct authority
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team
