Full-Time Senior Manager Threat Intel Research

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Cyber Threat Intelligence to lead our Fusion Intelligence Team (FIT).

FIT's mission is to conduct accelerated threat intelligence collection and analysis, focusing on leveraging internal data to contextualize OSINT.

Responsibilities include:

1. Rapid OSINT fusion: Determine OSINT credibility and relevance, integrating it with other data to build a complete threat intelligence picture. Record key findings, Indicators of Compromise (IOCs), and threat actor information.
2. Data utilization and partnerships: Leverage company data holdings (telemetry, Incident Response data, partner info) to generate unique insights and develop intelligence products (Bulletins, Briefs).
3. Team management and development: Manage and mentor a team of analysts. Foster professional growth and ensure a high-performing team.
4. Rapid response efforts: Support the Intelligence Response Unit during major cyber events.
5. External engagement: Amplify Unit 42 presence through thought leadership (speaking, publishing, media).

Experience Requirements include deep technical expertise in Cyber Threat Intelligence, understanding of adversary tactics, and ability to leverage multiple data types to produce unique insights. Demonstrated expertise in building and mentoring threat intelligence teams is essential.

Also required: process improvement experience, experience with AI/ML capabilities to support intelligence processes, excellent writing/presentation skills to communicate complex information, and proficiency in scripting to enhance intelligence workflows.

Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent military experience), advanced degree a plus.
