Full-Time Senior Manual QA Engineer

We seek a Senior Manual QA Engineer with solid experience in software testing and quality assurance. You will design and execute test cases, identify and report bugs, and ensure high product quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve testing processes and support product releases.

Process Development: Develop and implement comprehensive QA processes, standards, and methodologies to ensure consistent quality across all projects.

Test Planning and Execution: Oversee the creation and execution of detailed test plans and test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.

Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software defects, collaborating with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations, to ensure alignment on quality objectives and deliverables.

Reporting: Provide regular reports on QA activities, including test results, defect metrics, and quality trends, to stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies, implementing improvements to QA processes and tools.

Experience: 5+ years of hands-on QA experience in web and API testing environments. Strong understanding of RESTful, JSON/XML data formats. Experience with test automation using Postman with CI/CD-triggered executions. Deep knowledge of QA methodologies: test planning, test case design, defect lifecycle.

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; attention to detail. Excellent communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience working in Agile/Scrum/Kanban environments. Experience with SOAP web services is a plus.
