Sprout Social is seeking a Senior Market Researcher to join the Brand Creative team, strategically aligned with the Marketing team.
Role Overview:
- Execute and manage quantitative/qualitative research projects (e.g., surveys, focus groups) supporting strategic marketing decisions.
- Conduct international market research to identify opportunities and influence brand strategy.
- Manage customer research programs (e.g., NPS surveys, brand trackers), ensuring ethical data collection.
- Provide actionable insights via presentations/reports guiding creative content and marketing strategies.
- Continuously improve research processes and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ensure quality control throughout the research lifecycle (test plan flow, survey programming, questionnaire proofing, data quality).
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of professional experience in market research or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience using survey platforms (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics).
- Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with advanced quantitative methodologies (segmentation, Max/Diff, Conjoint).
- Strong project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- B2B/SaaS market research experience.
- International/cross-cultural research experience.
- Portfolio showcasing research lifecycle experience is required.
Compensation:
- Zone 1 (NYC, CA, WA): $95,568 - $143,352 USD annually.
- Zone 2 (Other US states): $86,900 - $130,300 USD annually.
