Full-Time Senior Marketing Analyst

Senior Marketing Analyst for the Engagement & Retention team at Bondora.

Role Overview: Drives insights and optimizes strategies for customer retention, engagement, and conversion rates.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyzes direct and performance marketing campaign performance to enhance customer engagement and retention.
2. Tracks KPIs (loan applications, engagement rates, customer behavior, funnel completion) and recommends performance improvements.
3. Uses SQL, Python, Tableau, and Excel to query and manipulate data, exploring customer behavior across segments to find patterns and opportunities.
4. Collaborates with the analytics team to maintain and improve data pipelines supporting lifecycle and retention campaigns (using dbt, SQL, Python).
5. Designs, analyzes, and interprets A/B tests to assess campaign and new initiative impact.
6. Creates compelling visualizations in Tableau to present campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.
7. Develops and maintains dashboards monitoring engagement and retention efforts in real-time.
8. Works closely with the Engagement & Retention team to align insights with strategic objectives.
9. Supports cross-functional initiatives (product, marketing, data teams) to improve customer experiences.
10. Contributes to analytical best practices for lifecycle marketing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of data analytics experience, with marketing analytics experience preferred.
• Advanced Tableau proficiency.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with Python and dbt.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPC, CPA).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management skills.
