Full-Time Senior Marketing Analyst

Job Overview: The Senior Marketing Analyst will report to the Lead Marketing Analyst. Extract and organize data from various sources (prospect lists, internal data warehouses, site traffic) for analysis. Define and manage KPIs, deliver analysis, and report metrics for marketing conversion improvements. Partner with marketing to utilize analytics for achieving business goals. Identify opportunities for automating reporting processes.

Impact: Analyze performance across channels, providing visibility into business and marketing metrics. Serve as data expert for marketing partners. Improve campaigns, processes, and reporting.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering or related field
2. 6+ years relevant work experience in a data-centric role, with 4+ years in marketing analysis
3. 4+ years experience using R or Python in an analytical environment
4. Excellent understanding of SQL
5. Strong understanding of marketing concepts and performance measurement
6. Ability to use R/Python in analysis and strong SQL skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with marketing attribution methodologies
• Experience analyzing marketing data across channels
• Familiarity with campaign execution and optimization

Location: San Francisco Bay Area. Remote work with 3 consecutive days per month in Oakland office.

Compensation: $142,000 - $177,600 USD
