Full-Time Senior Network Analytics Analyst

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Network Analytics will help support our mission to evolve Oscar’s network operations, focusing on Advance Total Cost of Care Management.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyze data to support business teams in making better informed, data-driven decisions.
• Use data to tell a story for non-technical colleagues, presenting findings clearly and concisely.
• Oversee analytical dashboard creation and maintenance, evolving them as user needs change.
• Create models and tools for relevant insight generation and identifying inefficiencies.
• Collaborate across the organization to achieve improvements and monitor initiative impact.
• Support other strategic projects as assigned to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of technical work experience using analytical tools and writing analytical reports.
• 1+ years of experience working with large datasets and distilling analyses into actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written), experience communicating business reporting to technical and non-technical users (at least 2 projects).
• SQL proficiency: filtering, aggregation, CTEs, or R/Python proficiency (Pandas, loops, statistical tests).
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel: VLookup, nested if statements, connected Sheets.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare, finance, or insurance.

Bonus Points

• Healthcare analytics/reporting experience
• Value-based contracts management experience (payer/provider organization)
• Dashboard development (Looker or similar BI tools)

Work Location

Oscar is a blended work culture. Those within commuting distance of our NYC, Tempe, or LA offices are expected to come in at least two days a week. Otherwise, this is a remote/work-from-home role. Candidates must reside in one of the listed states.

Pay Transparency

Base pay varies based on location:

• California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Washington: $80,800 - $106,050/year
• Other locations: $72,720 - $95,445/year

Employee benefits, unlimited vacation, and annual performance bonuses are also available.
