Job Details
Tietoevry Create is seeking a Senior Network Support Engineer to monitor network performance (transmission and IP) and infrastructure. Responsibilities include:
- Acting on alarms and troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborating with third-party providers for in-depth troubleshooting.
- Coordinating planned maintenance.
- Suggesting best practice changes.
- Contributing to the organization's knowledge database.
- Monitoring customer services and acting on incidents.
- Coordinating efforts for incident resolution.
Requirements:
- Expertise in IP (Cisco, Arista, Juniper), Mobile Data, and Transmission (Infinera, Ciena).
- Strong troubleshooting skills (TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, QoS, DWDM).
- Experience in an international telecom environment (NOC, Technical Support).
- Strong analytical and teamwork skills.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
