Full-Time Senior Operations Manager, Predictive Analytics

About Carrot: Carrot Fertility is a leading global fertility and family-building platform. The Role: Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, you will be a subject matter expert (SME) and advisor to executive leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to understand sales processes and forecasting data.
• Identify resource demand drivers (customer counts, employee volumes, product types).
• Define and manage capacity planning metrics.
• Analyze operational workloads and make staffing recommendations.
• Maintain centralized rosters for Operations teams.
• Prepare and deliver recommendations to leaders.
• Update business assumptions and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Synthesize forecast data into actionable insights and staffing recommendations.
• Work cross-functionally to reduce costs and increase margins.
• Guide operational leaders on staffing strategies.
• Prepare regular staffing analyses and projections.
• Develop analytical models for planning and scenario analysis.
• Maintain capacity planning forecast and tools.
• Oversee member support agents' time-off requests.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of capacity planning experience
• Expert spreadsheet proficiency

• High personal accountability

Preferred Qualifications:

• Airtable & Atlassian tool experience
• Experience using business data tools
