• Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for fintech products and services.
• Collaborate with development teams to reproduce issues, provide detailed bug reports, and verify fixes.
• Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to streamline testing processes and increase coverage.
• Identify opportunities for automation within the QA process.
• Conduct security testing to identify vulnerabilities and ensure robust security measures.
• Communicate QA findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders concisely.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.

• Computer Skills: Advanced in Microsoft Office, automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Understanding: Advanced understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
