Full-Time Senior Penetration Tester & Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Penetration Tester with strong technical and communication skills to lead penetration testing engagements, ensuring high-quality reporting and collaboration with customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Penetration Testing
   • Conduct comprehensive penetration tests on web applications, networks, APIs, cloud infrastructures, and other systems.
   • Identify, exploit, and document vulnerabilities.
   • Develop and execute creative attack scenarios.
2. Technical Report QA
   • Review and QA technical penetration test reports for accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
   • Ensure findings are well-documented, CVSS scores are accurate, and technical risks are clearly articulated.
   • Verify remediation recommendations are actionable and aligned with industry best practices.
3. Customer Interaction
   • Present findings and remediation steps to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
   • Lead discussions with customers to address questions and suggest risk mitigation strategies.
   • Act as a trusted advisor to customers.
4. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
   • Collaborate to refine penetration testing methodologies and reporting standards.
   • Stay updated with emerging threats, tools, and technologies.
   • Mentor junior penetration testers.

Qualifications

• Required
  • 5+ years of experience in penetration testing and vulnerability assessment.
  • Proficiency with penetration testing tools (e.g., Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Nessus).
  • Strong understanding of web application security, network security, and cloud security.
  • Experience with manual testing techniques.
  • Expertise in report writing and technical documentation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Industry certifications (e.g., OSCP, OSWE, CREST, GWAPT, GPEN, CISSP).
• Preferred
  • Experience with compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST).
  • Familiarity with QA methodologies for technical documents.
  • Hands-on experience with scripting or programming (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
