Full-Time Senior Performance Analyst

Create dashboards in Looker and Datadog to provide insights into current performance.

Identify future performance bottlenecks using these insights.

Conduct and direct experiments to test specific load conditions.

Add alerts to notify of potential performance issues.

Run performance load tests, analyze results (involving scripting).

Write up and publish individual performance experiment results.

Write up and publish comprehensive summaries of overall performance.

Extend Javascript-based performance tests.

Collaborate with other teams to collect client scaling information and establish KPIs.

Proficient in data analysis tools: Looker, Datadog, MySQL, Excel.

Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
