Full-Time Senior Performance Analyst - Remote

Create dashboards in Looker and Datadog to provide insights into current performance.

Identify future performance bottlenecks using insights.

Conduct and direct experiments to test load conditions.

Add alerts for potential performance issues.

Run performance load tests in the lab, analyze results (involves scripting).

Write up and publish results of individual performance experiments and comprehensive summaries of overall performance.

Extend Javascript-based performance tests.

Collaborate with other teams to collect client scaling info and establish KPIs.

Proficient in data analysis tools: Looker, Datadog, MySQL, Excel.

Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling.

Self-motivated to find and solve problems.

Excellent communication skills for study result write-ups.

Organized to track and plan performance studies.

Collaborate with engineers to verify results.

Communicate results and plans to other teams.

Demonstrated leadership skills.
