Full-Time Senior Pharmacy Analytics Manager

About the Role: We seek a Pharmacy Analytics Manager to join our team, managing Rightway Pharmacy Network analytics. This includes contract compliance, network strategy, reporting, and pharmacy audit analytics.

What You'll Do:

• Manage pharmacy analytics for the Rightway network, tracking performance, audits, and forecasts.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and improvements in network and forecast performance, using data analytics tools.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize client network opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
• Develop pharmacy strategy relating to audits (on-site and daily).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (account management, operations, underwriting) for network strategy alignment.
• Provide regular performance reports to senior management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, pharmacy, healthcare).
• 2-4 years of PBM analytics experience.
• Proven ability to make pharmacy data actionable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, interpreting complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), database management systems (SQL, Python, etc.).

Extra Credit:

• Master's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of PBM experience.
• Tableau or other reporting software proficiency.
• Pharmacy Technician experience.

Base Salary: $120,000 - $140,000
