We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to contribute to the evolution of Tabby.
The Product Analyst will work with our B2B Finance product team on the set of financial products for the B2B segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical support to the B2B finance product and business teams.
- Generate hypotheses, conduct research and A/B tests, and present findings.
- Regularly work with stakeholders on fundamental research and one-time requests.
- Support and monitor B2B Finance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop new metrics.
- Develop data visualizations and reports.
- Assist in planning data structures and data quality improvements.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a data/product analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
- Experience in planning data structures for new products and features.
- Strong knowledge of Python (Pandas, Numpy, Statsmodels, Matplotlib, etc.).
- Experience in B2B analysis (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year experience in designing and conducting A/B tests.
- Strong quantitative skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency.
- Passionate about product quality and developing skills with the team.
