Contractor Senior Product Designer

Our platform enables users to exchange, invest, value, securely store, and authenticate their trading cards.

We’ve raised over $100 million from thought leaders.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer (Contractor) to play a key role in shaping the core Alt platform.

You’ll create seamless and engaging user experiences across web and mobile.

You'll help collectors research, manage, insure, and leverage their alternative asset portfolios.

You’ll have a significant impact on our Product, Brand, Culture, and overall Company trajectory.

Impact:

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Own design projects end-to-end.
• Advocate for users by iterating on products.
• Conduct and participate in design reviews.
• Balance broad explorations with tactical work.
• Champion customers: dive into user research, analyze data, and run experiments.

Responsibilities:

• Split your time between maintaining and expanding our design system (50%).
• Working on core product features (50%).

Experience:

• 5+ years designing digital products in an agile environment.

Expertise:

• Visual/interaction design
• Branding
• Typography
• UX/UI best practices

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Figma design systems.
• Experience with Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Framer, and other industry-standard tools.

Platform Experience:

• Designing for iOS, Android, and Web applications.

User-Centered Approach:

• Leverage quantitative and qualitative research.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Articulate design decisions.
• Gather feedback.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Industry Knowledge:

• Experience in Marketplaces or Fintech is a plus.
