Contractor Senior Product Designer

What will you do?

• Ensure consistent UX/UI quality for the product team.
• Conduct research, test hypotheses, and visualize concepts in the discovery area.
• Collaborate with Scrum teams to address business challenges.
• Translate business, product, and user goals into UX strategy.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to gather customer feedback.
• Prepare sketches, mockups, designs, and facilitate workshops/reviews.
• Test assumptions based on user and team feedback.
• Participate in UX/UI redesign of HCM Deck.
• Maintain timely and transparent communication.

Required skills & experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, executing the design lifecycle.
• Understanding of key business metrics and data.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience gathering and understanding business strategy, balancing user and business needs.
• Design System development and maintenance.
• Ability to work autonomously and share knowledge.
• Portfolio demonstrating human-centered solutions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product Managers, Engineers, and domain experts.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum.
• Fluent Polish and C1 English.
• Proactive and results-oriented.
• Confidence leading group activities.
• Resilience in embracing failure as learning.
