Contractor Senior Product Designer

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure consistency and quality of product UX/UI solutions.
• Conduct research, testing, and rapid visualization in the discovery area.
• Cooperate with Scrum teams to address customer challenges.
• Translate business, product, and user goals into UX strategy.
• Collaborate with Product Managers on collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
• Prepare sketches, mock-ups, designs, and facilitate workshops/reviews.
• Test assumptions based on user and team feedback.
• Contribute to the UX/UI redesign of HCM Deck.
• Maintain timely and transparent communication.

Essential skills and experience:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design.
• Strong understanding of key business metrics and their connection to design.
• Problem-solving skills & user research proficiency.
• Understanding of business strategy and balancing user/business needs.
• Experience with Design Systems.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively.
• A portfolio demonstrating human-centered design solutions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Engineers, domain experts).
• Agile and Scrum methodology knowledge.
• Fluent Polish and C1 English.
• A proactive, 'can-do' attitude, comfort leading, and resilience.
