The Red Canary product team discovers and delivers products customers love! We do this by understanding customer challenges and building differentiated, high-quality solutions.

Every Product Manager works from shared objectives, is accountable to outcomes, and empowered to do the right thing for our customers and business, aligned with Red Canary's mission and vision. We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead large initiatives for our core platform.

What You'll Do

• Understand business strategy and identify business/customer opportunities to change Red Canary's trajectory.
• Manage your roadmap: prioritize opportunities, understand and prioritize work so your team works on most impactful items.
• Translate large initiatives/problems into actionable user stories, interacting with customers and internal stakeholders. Define and frame problems for your team.
• Own and maintain platform quality. Deliver innovative, world-class software, and stellar customer experiences.
• Constantly evaluate platform to meet customer needs, solve their problems, and deliver best user experience using qualitative/quantitative techniques.
• Act as the general manager of your product area, carefully managing strategy, commercialization, and technical value.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years Product Manager experience
• B2B growth stage startup experience
• Deep understanding of security market (threat detection/response)
• Capability to generate innovative solutions beyond stated requirements
• Strong communication of product decisions/rationale; comfortable making decisions without consensus, influencing others.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter, able to execute in fast-paced, high-demand environment.
• Understanding of complex web application technical components
• Value elegance and simplicity in product design
• Clear communicator, strong listener, confident in customer-facing situations
• Distill complex/ambiguous situations into impactful plans for your team

Compensation

Base salary: $138,400 - $157,400 per year. Bonus and stock options eligible.
