Requirements:
- Lead QA efforts in the design, implementation, and deployment of new features in SaaS products (web and mobile).
- Perform manual testing, design, and author test cases; drive API automation.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to enhance automation, QA methodologies, and best practices.
- Assist with defining and prioritizing product requirements.
- Clearly document, report, and present to stakeholders.
- Experience with testing specialties like accessibility, security, performance, and data.
- Conduct Front-end and Back-end testing, working with APIs, databases, and cloud environments.
- Conduct cross-browser testing to ensure application compatibility.
- Participate in Mobile testing.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience testing web and/or mobile applications.
- Experience with test case management tools (e.g., Zephyr, Testlink, TestRail).
- Demonstrable knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with API testing techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Gitlab, CircleCI.
- Experience preparing test data and creating tools/scripts for test data generation.
- Strong interest in new automation technology and trends.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- (Bonus) Solid experience with Linux.
- (Bonus) Experience with AWS, GCP, or Kubernetes environments.
- (Bonus) Basic scripting experience in Shell, Python, or similar languages.
