Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure application quality.
• Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues and application setup problems.
• Address gaps in services and processes across the toolchain.
• Define comprehensive test strategies for new features.
• Write clear, detailed test cases and prepare test data.
• Work closely with developers to identify and resolve defects.
• Troubleshoot and assist with resolving production issues.
• Guide and mentor junior QA engineers.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in test automation tools (Selenium, Appium, Cypress)
• Strong knowledge of programming languages (Java, JavaScript, C#)
• Familiar with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Github Actions)
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, Axios)
• Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
• Expertise in browser debugging tools
• Comfortable working in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Experience working with international and cross-functional teams

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in QA automation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of software architecture.
• Ability to prepare test data.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
