Role SummaryAs Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will own delivery and mentor other team members.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with other Leads for support and recommendations regarding testing approach.
• Communicate with management and delivery leads.
• Conduct presentations to cross-functional groups on test solutions.
• Represent your technical area in cross-functional enhancements and projects.
• Own the triage process and be a Regression Coordinator.
• Ensure IT Principles & Values are followed.
• Monitor Delivery Team metrics and drive improvements.
• Drive team members to suggest ideas for innovation.
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior members.
• Coordinate test efforts with all affected parties.
• Participate in technical analysis and design review sessions.
• Lead bug and metric review meetings.
• Actively monitor test coverage.
• Design test implementation and produce documentation.
• Independently lead multiple projects.
• Contribute and perform test coverage reviews.
• Organize regression activity and own status reporting.
• Lead the complete delivery for large project(s).
• Conduct regular peer reviews and source control PR approvals.
• Maintain, update and fix CI Implementation.
• Implement process improvement in CI Architecture.
• Consolidate CI Execution Results and communicate issues.
• Engage with stakeholders in terms of Automation Coverage and new opportunities.
• Adapt to different test automation technologies and lead proof of concept initiatives.
• Mentor junior resources on test automation and share best practices.
• Contribute to the overall architecture of the automation framework.
• Become SME for test automation.
• Conduct regular peer reviews and source control PR approvals.

What You Will Bring

• Essential: 5+ years of solid experience in application QA/testing, 2+ years of QA leadership experience, SFDC background, experience with SFDC test automation tools, functional enterprise-system level testing, knowledge of manual and automated testing, ability to ensure accountability and communicate effectively, proven record of driving results and engagement, expertise in creating test strategies and plans.
• Desirable: Experience with CICD pipelining, hands-on experience with QA tools, exposure to performance testing and monitoring.
