About Our TeamCross River's Business Banking and Lending team builds and perfects new products and systems. We work remotely, with team members across most US time zones. We collaborate, help, and mentor each other.
What We're Looking ForWe're hiring a Senior QA Engineer to join the COS team. They will develop test cases, automate, and perform testing on services and applications in the COS platform. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated engineer with experience testing reliable, performant, scalable, and instrumented services, and enjoys mentoring teammates.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal and external teams to automate and perform testing.
- Build test automation across critical business domains.
- Plan, triage, and prioritize work across multiple work streams.
- Share knowledge and mentor teammates.
- Contribute to a collaborative, quality-focused team culture.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of quality assurance and test automation experience.
- Proficiency in C# and Specflow (preferred).
- 3+ years of SQL experience.
- 3+ years of RESTful API testing experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in banking, finance, crypto, or fintech (helpful, but not required).
