Responsibilities:
- Process Development: Develop and implement comprehensive QA processes, standards, and methodologies to ensure consistent quality across all projects.
- Test Planning and Execution: Oversee the creation and execution of detailed test plans and test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software defects, collaborating with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations, to ensure alignment on quality objectives and deliverables.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on QA activities, including test results, defect metrics, and quality trends, to stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies, implementing improvements to QA processes and tools.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in software quality assurance
Technical Skills: Proficiency in QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages is a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Would be a plus:
- Experience in the gaming or online casino industry.
- Certifications such as ISTQB or equivalent.
