Senior Quality Analyst at ATPCO ensures the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of organizational data.
Assesses and enhances data quality across multiple sources, supporting data-driven decision-making.
Works closely with data engineers and stakeholders to implement validation processes, resolve inconsistencies, and promote data management best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business and development teams to understand product specifications and requirements.
- Design and implement automated and manual tests to ensure product quality.
- Create test plans, executing test cases, and tracking quality assurance metrics.
- Perform complex business research and supporting data analysis by querying across multiple databases and creating analytical reports.
- Lead testing teams through all phases (planning, execution, reporting, installation, post-mortem).
- Conceptualize, design, and implement test automation to increase testing accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor testing tasks, document issues, and resolve/escalate as needed.
- Act as a subject matter expert in ATPCO business and systems, mentoring others.
- Provide expertise in testing methods and practices to project teams.
- Review and provide feedback for testing deliverables and provide guidance.
- Foster positive working relationships across teams.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience leading testing teams and managing end-to-end test cycles.
- Experience with large datasets, databases, and data validation.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools and scripting languages.
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, or CI/CD methodologies.
- Strong SQL skills (complex queries across multiple databases).
- Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress).
- Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured).
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or other scripting languages.
- Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM).
- Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Detail-oriented with a passion for data integrity.
- Strategic thinker with ability to align testing efforts with business objectives.
