Full-Time Senior Quality Analyst

• Work closely with the business and development teams to understand product specifications and requirements.
• Design and implement automated and manual tests.
• Create test plans and track quality assurance metrics.
• Perform complex business research.
• Lead the testing team through all phases of test planning.
• Lead in the conceptualization, design, and implementation of test automation.
• Monitor and report the status of testing tasks.
• Act as a subject matter expert.
• Provide expertise in software testing methods.
• Review and provide feedback for testing deliverables.
• Foster positive working relationships across teams.

• Prior experience in leading testing teams.
• Experience working with large datasets and databases.
• Hands-on experience with test-automation tools and scripting languages.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, or CI/CD methodologies.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with test automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of API testing tools.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or other scripting languages for automation.
• Experience with defect tracking tools.
• Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
• Detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring data integrity.
