Who We’re Looking For - Reporting to the Senior Manager, QA, we seek a Senior QA Engineer to implement and execute the testing strategy for enterprise-wide applications.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage QA process across enterprise platforms (e.g., designing testing strategy, writing/executing test cases, verifying bug fixes, generating reports).
• Act as Testing SME for Enterprise Applications (Oracle NetSuite, Middleware).
• Establish functional testing approach for feature/regression testing; lead data collection, execution, and daily progress reporting.
• Partner with business leaders and development to align on features, ensuring communication throughout design, implementation, testing, and delivery.
• Create/maintain organized documentation of test results.
• Collaborate with Product/Development to understand technical/functional requirements.
• Coordinate with on-site/offshore QA teams to meet project timelines.
• Analyze test results to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead UAT calls and partner with business users to demo Oracle ERP impact (journal entries).
• Write SQL queries to verify data ingestion to database and end-user application output.
• Support testing on e-commerce platforms and other software.
• Partner to become functional SME for Inventory and Financial systems.
• Support D2C testing (test case creation, responsive design testing, e-commerce).
• Work with warehouse data centers to ensure proper order processing.
• Possess strong knowledge of e-commerce testing and CMS systems.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in QA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred.
• Experience testing Enterprise applications (Oracle NetSuite or other ERP’s).
• Deep understanding of Retail systems and financial/inventory workflows.
• SQL query knowledge.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience testing e-commerce (Shopify, Braintree, Klarna) and CMS systems.
• Ability to think outside the box.
• Strong communication skills and experience partnering with stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodology.
