Responsibilities:

• Test Planning & Strategy: Lead test strategies, plans, and cases. Ensure testing addresses performance, scalability, security, and data accuracy, especially for high-volume financial data and document processing.
• End-to-End Testing: Execute functional, regression, integration, and acceptance tests on core platforms.
• Test Automation: Design and implement automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Appium, RestAssured, etc.). Integrate into CI/CD pipelines.
• Performance & Scalability Testing: Conduct load, stress, and performance testing on high-traffic applications.
• API Testing: Test and validate APIs for data exchange, integration, and document processing.
• Defect Management: Identify, report, and track defects using tools like Jira.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, developers, and others.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain documentation and provide status reports.
• Quality Metrics & Reporting: Track and report key QA metrics.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of QA experience
• Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, RestAssured, Appium, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with load testing, stress testing, and scalability testing tools.
• Strong experience with API testing (RESTful services and SOAP)
• Solid knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL)
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
• Strong attention to detail
• (Good to have): QA experience with financial technology platforms or document automation systems, financial data aggregation or document processing systems, SaaS software QA experience, Security testing knowledge
