Summary: Avetta, LLC is a global leader in supply chain risk management. As a Senior QA Manager, you will ensure our solutions meet high standards of reliability and performance, empowering clients to navigate complex supply chain challenges.
Essential Duties:
- Define and execute QA strategies aligned with organizational goals, delivering software exceeding user expectations.
- Showcase team skills, impact outcomes by reducing defect rates, improving test coverage, enhancing release efficiency, and boosting customer satisfaction.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline planning, prioritize initiatives, and address challenges.
- Develop and refine QA processes, integrating manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Use meaningful metrics, design dashboards and reports to give stakeholders a clear view of software quality.
- Mentor and coach team members in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Lead initiatives to identify inefficiencies, implement root cause analysis, and enhance tools/workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years QA experience, including manual, automation, and mobile testing for enterprise SaaS software.
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in QA strategy, operations, and incident management.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, test planning, and bi-directional traceability.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins) and testing tools (e.g., TestRail, Selenium).
- Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, REST APIs), databases, and scripting languages.
- Ability to break down complex requirements and deliver results.
Ideal Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Compensation and Benefits: Salary range $128,000 - $165,000 per year, with bonus eligibility. Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), Paid Time Off, and professional development.
