Full-Time Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Senior QA professional to lead quality assurance for our fintech mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead QA strategy for web and mobile products.
• Design and maintain robust test plans and test cases.
• Lead manual and automated testing across platforms and releases.
• Own defect lifecycle management (Jira).
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to integrate quality.
• Support testing of critical fintech features (wallet, payments, KYC, blockchain).
• Validate release builds and hotfixes, including edge cases and production.
• Monitor and improve test coverage, performance, and release stability metrics.
• Mentor junior QA testers.
• Lead post-release reviews.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on QA experience, with at least 2 years in fintech, blockchain, or regulated environments.
• Deep understanding of testing practices for web and mobile.
• Proficiency with QA tools (Jira, Postman, TestRail, BrowserStack, Firebase, etc.).
• Experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Playwright).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• High attention to detail, especially for customer-facing financial products.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Blockchain or DeFi app testing experience (Solana preferred).
• Testing experience with analytics integrations (Amplitude, Google Analytics).
• Familiarity with compliance and security testing.
