Full-Time Senior Quantitative Engineer

As a valued colleague, you will develop and implement financial models, cash flow simulations, P&L, and risk metrics calculations in end-user or production computing systems.

Responsibilities:

• Translate complex mathematical, business, and financial modeling logic into software code.
• Design and execute modeling application systems via distributed computing.
• Design and execute test cases for modeling applications.
• Assess model implementation quality and production control risk.
• Evaluate system requirements for model and analytical applications (computing power, storage, network, security).
• Recommend technology platforms and architecture designs.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Experience Required:

• 2+ years experience
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience

Desired Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years, Master's with 2+ years relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills; ability to define problems and solutions
• Strong programming experience (C++ or Python)
• Unix/Linux proficiency
• Data visualization experience
• Econometric modeling, statistical analysis, and large data set experience
• Model and algorithm implementation experience
• Experience with financial data, analytics, and cashflows applications
• Expert in AWS cloud architecture, Web Services, APIs, and DevOps
• Agile Scrum methodology experience
