Full-Time Senior Red Teamer

Mission: Protect European society from cyber attacks.

Tasks:

• Execute target-driven engagements (non-stealth red teams, red/purple teaming, TIBER/TLPT).
• Bring engagements to fruition (reconnaissance to action).
• Emulate tactics, techniques, and procedures across the kill chain.
• Improve client security posture (prevention, detection, response).
• Provide tailored recommendations.
• Communicate with stakeholders (technical and non-technical).
• Perform research and development.
• Craft payloads, execute phishing attacks.
• Conduct physical breaches or social engineering.
• Compromise critical systems and services.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of red teaming experience.
• CRTO, CRTE, CRTP, OSCP, or equivalent certification.
• NATO clearance eligible.
• Fluent German and English.
• Experience with Burp Suite Pro, sqlmap, Nessus, Kali Linux, Metasploit, Veil.
• Experience with TIBER-frameworks (desirable).
